Stefan Bradl put together another consistent day in Jerez to come home as the second fastest Honda in his second MotoGP Sprint Race.

Qualifying in 19th place, Bradl put his intimate knowledge of the Jerez circuit to use as the MotoGP field battled the elements, a brief shower arriving just before Q2. He then put the learnings from Austin, Texas into action in his second Sprint race where he was able to finish in 15th place and ahead of Morbidelli.

The HRC Test Rider will be on track again tomorrow, Saturday April 30, for the Spanish Grand Prix at 15:00 Local Time.

“It was another satisfying day today. The conditions during the race were quite tough with the heat and we were able to put together a good race. I was quite conservative as the primary objective was to finish the race and collect the data, this was very important. We have work to do as Honda to keep closing the distance to the front, so every lap counts. Tomorrow the objective is the same – to be consistent and see what is possible in the race.”
